In celebration of legendary Polish composer Frederic Chopin's 200th birthday, the Singapore Botanic Gardens is hosting a concert filled with jazz adaptations of Chopin's compositions. To be held on 7 February, 6.15pm on the Shaw Foundation Symphony Stage at the Botanic Gardens, this concert will inaugurate the Chopin Year in Singapore.

Performed by renowned Polish pianist Leszek Mozdzer, concert-goers will have the chance to re-discover the music of the great Chopin in an entirely new, contemporary context. Mozdzer is widely regarded as one of the most outstanding individuals and virtuosos of European jazz, and is renowned for his improvisations of Chopin’s themes. Admission to this concert is free and it’s open to all.
